Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact our customer support first regarding any order-related concerns or disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or false claims will result in:

- Immediate submission of full order documentation, shipping logs, delivery verification, and accepted terms of service to the payment processor/bank.

- Blacklisting and total loss of future purchasing privileges across our store.

- Account and IP restrictions where applicable.

We maintain comprehensive and detailed records of order confirmations, fulfillment video/logs, shipping carrier tracking, and customer acceptance of terms at checkout.

Shipping Issues: Lost or Damaged Packages

All products are inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.

Once a package is transferred to the logistics carrier, transit delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Customers experiencing lost or damaged packages should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using their tracking number.

For orders with clear delivery errors or verified missing items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lyraobjects.com with order details and proof photos/videos for review.
